矿长安全意识影响因素及影响路径研究

Study of influential factors and paths of the mine manager’s safety awareness

矿长安全意识对煤矿安全生产有着重要的影响。为了解矿长安全意识的影响因素及其影响路径,强化矿长安全意识管理,采用文献查阅、问卷调查确定矿长安全意识的影响因素,通过专家访谈确定矿长安全意识影响因素的关系,运用解释结构模型法构建矿长安全意识影响因素解释结构模型并分析了模型的层次和影响路径。研究结果表明:矿长安全意识影响因素包括个体因素、社会因素、组织管理因素3个方面的13个因素,矿长安全意识影响因素有4个层次4种影响路径,影响路径有管理影响型路径、环境影响型路径、心理影响型路径、认知影响型路径。

The mine manager's safety awareness has an important influence on coal mine safety production.In order to understand the influential factors and influential paths of mine manager's safety awareness,and strengthen the management of the mine manager's safety awareness,the literature review and questionnaire survey were used to determine the influential factors of the mine manager's safety awareness.The relationship between influential factors of the mine manager's safety awareness was determined by expert interview.Interpretative structural modeling method was used to construct an interpretation structure model of influential factors of the mine manager's safety awareness and analyze the level of the model and influential path.The research results show that there are 13 factors affecting the mine manager's safety awareness,including individual factors,social factors and organizational management factors.There are 4 levels and 4 influential paths for the influential factors of the mine manager's safety awareness,including management influential path,environmental influential path,psychological influential path and cognitive influential path.
