摘要 为解决高速主轴系统旋转状态下难以实现动态刚度、固有频率测试的问题,提出一种非接触式电磁加载装置方案。考虑加载过程加载棒表面难以避免的涡流所导致的温度升高与电磁力下降问题,提出一种带槽加载棒的设计方案,磁场仿真分析表明可有效减少加载棒表面的涡流。搭建实验台进行了一系列试验研究,表明所设计的电磁加载装置能够有效用于高速主轴系统旋转状态下的性能测试,通过试验结果发现高速主轴系统具有较强的非线性特征。 In this article, in order to test the dynamic stiffness and natural frequency of spindle system under the rotating state, a non-contact electromagnetic loading device is proposed. With the temperature rise and the drop of electromagnetic force caused by the unavoidable eddy current on the surface of the loading bar during the loading process taken into account, a novel slotted loading rod is proposed, and magnetic-field simulation shows that the eddy current can be effectively reduced. A series of studies have been carried out, which shows that this electromagnetic loading device can be effectively used in the performance test of the high-speed spindle system in the rotating state. In addition, these results show that the high-speed spindle system has strong non-linear characteristics.
