摘要
为满足挖掘机驾驶舱的安全性和舒适性要求,实现驾驶员对挖掘机的精确控制,提高工作效率与工作质量,对某挖掘机驾驶舱进行人机工程设计,给出了设计方案;通过Jack软件进行人机工程仿真分析与校核,然后对驾驶舱座椅、手柄、踏板和推杆进行改进设计,并对改进前后驾驶员下背部受力和舒适度进行对比分析,实现对改进设计方案的可行性验证。
In order to meet the requirements of safety and comfort of excavator cockpit, realize driver’s precise control of excavator and improve working efficiency and quality, an ergonomic design of an existed excavator cockpit was performed to present a design scheme. Ergonomics simulation analysis and proof were carried out using Jack software, and then improved design of seat, handle, pedal and push rod in the excavator cockpit was performed. The driver’s lower back force and comfort were compared and analyzed before and after the improvement to realize feasibility verification of the improved scheme.
