摘要
现代社会的快速生活节奏和多种多样的污染等刺激,使人类和畜禽普遍处于应激状态,导致免疫力降低。而免疫力低下是疾病发生的根本原因。提高机体免疫力,增强机体免疫功能是预防各种疾病发生以及患者康复的关键所在。因此,寻求科学合理的措施以增强机体免疫功能具有紧迫性和必要性。通过多种途径从生物体和食物蛋白中获取具有免疫调节活性的小(寡)肽以增强机体免疫功能是过去20年中研究营养与免疫关系的重要内容之一,也是寻求增强机体免疫功能的一种新策略。近年来的研究表明,包括抗菌肽在内的许多小(寡)肽类物质具有很好的免疫调节作用,因此,文章对目前有关免疫调节肽的研究进展进行简要综述。
The rapid pace of life in modern society and the variety of pollution and other stimuli,making human and livestock are generally in a state of stress,resulting in reduced immunity.Low immunity is the root cause of disease.Improving immunity and enhancing immune function is the key to prevent various diseases and recover health.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to seek scientific and reasonable measures to enhance the body immune functions.In the past 20 years,finding small peptides(digopeptides) with the function of immunomodulation has been one of the important contents in the study of the relationship between nutrition and immunity,and it is also a new strategy to seek for enhancing immune function.Recent studies have shown that many small peptides(oligopeptides),including antibacterial peptides,have good immunomodulatory effects.Therefore,the research progress of immunoregulatory peptides was briefly reviewed in this paper.
