铍针松解术配合中医推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效及安全性分析

Clinical Study of Efficacy and Safety of the Beryllium Needle Lysis Combined with Traditional Chinese Massage in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨铍针松解术配合中医推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年12月收治的膝骨性关节炎患者136例,随机分为观察组与对照组(各68例)。对照组采用常规医用几丁糖关节腔注射治疗,观察组采用铍针配合中医推拿手法治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后模拟视觉评分(VAS)、关节活动度、骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分,以及四头肌积分肌电值(iEMG)和中位频率(MF)。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分、WOMAC评分明显低于对照组,关节活动度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组iEMG和MF值均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铍针松解术配合中医推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,可缓解患者关节疼痛与周围肌群疲劳,有助于提高关节活动功能。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of beryllium needle lysis combined with traditional Chinese massage on the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 136 patients with knee osteoarthritis from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(68 cases)and control group(68 cases).The control group was treated with conventional intra-articular injection of chitosan for medical purposes,while the observation group was treated with beryllium needle combined with traditional Chinese massage.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS),range of motion,the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC),integrated electromyography(iEMG)and median frequency(MF)of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and WOMAC score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the joint range of motion was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the iEMG and MF values of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Beryllium needle lysis combined with traditional Chinese massage has a significant efficacy on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can effectively relieve the patient’s joint pain and fatigue of the surrounding muscles and improve joint mobility.
