高校深化“三全育人”一体化发展的体制机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 高校要以深化“三全育人”综合改革为契机,破解育人合力“聚而不融”、育人过程“接而不畅”、育人方位“供需不配”的现实困境,系统构建“三全育人”一体化发展的体制机制,营造“全员融入、全时融通、全域融合”一体化发展的育人生态。打造“三全育人共同体”,将育人要素的整合深化为育人资源的融合,形成“人资并济”的全员育人。构建“生态培育机制”,将单向的责任驱动深化为多元的发展驱动,形成“有机衔接”的全过程育人。推进“供给侧结构性改革”,将全面的强基固本深化为精准的提质增效,形成“供需匹配”的全方位育人。 Universities should take the opportunity of deepening the comprehensive reform of “three aspects of education” to solve the practical dilemma of “convergence but not integration”, the process of “connecting but not smooth”, and the orientation of “supply and demand mismatch”, systematically construct the system and mechanism of the integrated development of “three aspects of education”, and create the education ecology of “full integration, full-time integration, and overall integration”.We should build a “three complete educational community”, deepen the integration of educational elements into the integration of educational resources, and form the whole staff education of “combining human and resources”.The construction of “ecological cultivation mechanism” will deepen the one-way responsibility drive into multiple development drive, and form the whole process of “organic connection” education.We will promote the “supply side structural reform”, deepen the comprehensive strong foundation and solid foundation into precise quality and efficiency improvement, and form an all-round education of “matching supply and demand”.
