基于电动汽车V2G的柔性直流供电系统灵活资源调控策略研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高清洁能源消纳率,降低碳排放量,给出一种柔性交直流供电系统拓扑,该拓扑通过直流母线实现光伏发电、储能及电动汽车充放电的能量交互,通过双向AC/DC设备实现交直流系统能量互动。为保证该系统的安全、稳定、经济运行,提出一种多时间尺度调度控制策略,包含毫秒级、秒级到分钟级、小时级到日等不同时间尺度。策略结合储能、光伏发电、电动汽车电气特性及功率备用率和能量备用率,灵活调度各种电力电子设备。该系统可以最大化提升光伏消纳效率,减少功率变换损失,最大化地发挥电动汽车作为灵活资源在能量调控中的作用,减少柔性直流系统对外部电源的依赖。最后利用MATLAB中的Simulink模块搭建仿真系统验证所提方法的有效性。 In order to improve the consumption rate of clean energy and reduce carbon emissions in the process of building power supply, a flexible AC/DC power supply system topology is presented. The topology realizes the energy interaction of photovoltaic power generation, energy storage and electric vehicle charging and discharging through DC bus, and realizes the energy interaction of AC/DC system through bidirectional AC/DC equipment. In order to ensure the safe, stable and economic operation of the system, a multi time scale scheduling control strategy is proposed. The strategy combines energy storage, photovoltaic power generation, electric vehicle electrical characteristics, power reserve rate and energy reserve rate in different time scales of millisecond, second to minute and hour to day to dispatch various power electronic equipment flexibly. The system can maximize the photovoltaic consumption efficiency, reduce power conversion loss, maximize the role of electric vehicles as a flexible resource in energy regulation, and reduce the dependence of flexible DC system on external power supply. The effectiveness of this method is verified by building a MATLAB/Simulink simulation system.
