摘要
提高公共汽车运送速度对于改善公共汽车服务水平、提高公共汽车竞争力以及缓解城市交通拥堵具有重要意义。基于杭州30条公共汽车干线车载GPS数据和跟车调查数据进行多角度量化分析,指出影响公共汽车延误的主要因素包括线路技术指标、运营组织形式、路权、占路作业、道路交通组织、车站形式等。结果显示,路段及交叉口延误是制约杭州公共汽车干线运送速度的主要原因,停靠站延误是次要原因。从优化线路技术指标、优先保障路权、优化道路交通组织等方面提出相应措施。最后,以快速公交线路B1为例提出运送速度提升措施,预计实施后可提速13%~26%。
Increasing bus travel speed is significant for improving the level of transit service, enhancing the competitiveness of bus transit, and alleviating urban traffic congestion. Based on a multi-dimensional and quantitative analysis of onboard GPS data and investigation data of bus transit corridors in Hangzhou, this paper summarizes the main factors leading to the delay of bus transit, which include technical indicators,organization of operations, right of way, roadside construction, road traffic management, and stations arrangement. The results show that travel delay in road segments and at intersections is the major reason for lower travel speed of bus corridors in Hangzhou;the delay at bus stops is the secondary cause. The paper includes discussion of measures with respect to optimizing the technical indicators of bus lines, prioritizing the right of way for buses, and improving road traffic management. Finally, using the B1 line Bus Rapid Transit(BRT) as an example, the paper proposes specific strategies to improve travel speed with expected13%-26% speed increase after implementation.
