摘要 通过研究重庆地区巷道空间活力的量化方法,为部分丢失活力的巷道提供解决策略。以重庆3条典型巷道为例,基于数学建模研究巷道公共空间节点聚集力以及行人穿行过程中受到的吸引力。探讨巷道中虚、实节点聚集人群能力的差异,结果显示,三种类型的巷道中综合型巷道的空间活力较高。进而提出通过优化现有空间、调整心理尺度、注入城市功能提升巷道的空间活力。求解得出巷道单位长度活力值与节点影响率两项指标,可用于比较不同巷道的空间活力。证明不同节点间存在最佳间距,提出应结合实际情况讨论具体巷道的最佳虚节点布置策略。 This paper focuses on a quantitative method for local street vitality and provides solutions for some devitalized local streets in Chongqing. Using mathematical modeling and taking three typical local streets in Chongqing as examples, the paper presents analysis of aggregation force at the nodes of local street’s public spaces and the attraction to pedestrians as they pass through. Based on assessment of the differences in people gathering at virtual and practical nodes of local streets, the paper concludes that, among the three types of local streets, the comprehensive local street has the highest space vitality. The paper proposes to improve street space vitality by optimizing existing space, adjusting psychological dimension, and adding urban functions. Two indicators, vitality value of unit local street length and influence rate of nodes,are introduced to compare the space vitality of different local streets. Finally, the paper verifies a best space between different nodes and suggests that best strategies for arranging virtual and practical nodes have to be developed practically for specific local streets.
