The moot court teaching,which embodies the constructivist teaching theory,is an effective means of teaching laws,and will play an increasingly important role in teaching laws in Chinese police academies.With the development of“Internet education”,police academies should explore the specific approach to optimize the practical teaching of moot court in the way of teaching approaches and teaching implementation.
