复方斑蝥胶囊对原发性肝癌患者肝功能及免疫功能的影响

Effect of compound cantharidum capsule on liver function and immune function of patients with primary liver cancer

目的探究复方斑蝥胶囊对原发性肝癌(PLC)患者肝功能及免疫功能的影响。方法抽取2019年7月至2020年7月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的110例PLC患者进行前瞻性临床及随访研究,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组患者采用肝动脉插管栓塞化疗(TACE)治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予复方斑蝥胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后肝功能、免疫水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率(89.09%,49/55)高于对照组(70.91%,39/55),P<0.05。治疗后,两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均上升,且观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方斑蝥胶囊联合TACE治疗PLC的效果理想,能明显改善患者的肝功能及免疫水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of compound cantharidum capsules on the liver and immune functions of patients with primary liver cancer(PLC).Methods A prospective clinical and follow-up study of 110 PLC patients selected from July 2019 to July 2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were conducted.And selected patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE),and patients in observation group were treated with compound cantharidin capsules based on the treatment of control group.The clinical efficacy,preoprerative and postoperative liver function,and immunity of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group(89.09%,49/55)was significantly higher than that of control group(70.91%,39/55),P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin of the two groups decreased,and these indexes of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cluster of differentiation(CD)3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups increased,and levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of observation group was significantly higher than those of control group,while CD8^(+)level of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with PLC,the compound cantharidin capsule combined with TACE has an ideal therapeutic effect,which can significantly improve the liver function and immune level.
