肺癌是我国发病率、死亡率最高的肿瘤[1],其中大约80%为非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)[2]。随着药物治疗的不断发展,2021版美国国立综合癌症网络(National Comprehensive Cancer Network,NCCN)指南将靶向治疗药物奥希替尼纳入表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)基因突变的晚期NSCLC患者的一线治疗中[3]。
