摘要
近年来医患关系持续紧张,暴力伤医事件频发,伤医者手段残忍、动机恶劣。一系列伤医事件无疑暴露出了医院管理漏洞、公安机关的监管不当以及立法缺失等多方面问题。因此,分析暴力伤医的成因,从制度上提出有效的预防措施,成为当下急需解决的问题。建立更稳固的预防机制,能够保护医护人员,使医护人员放心治疗、医患关系更加和谐。
In recent years,the doctor-patient relationship continues to be tense,with frequent incidents of violent injury to doctors.The injured doctors have cruel means and bad motives.A series of medical injury incidents undoubtedly exposed the loopholes in hospital management,improper supervision of public security bureau and lack of legislation and other problems.Therefore,analyzing the causes of hospital workplace violence,and put forward effective preventive measures from the institution,has become an urgent need to solve the problem.The establishment of a more stable prevention mechanism can protect medical staff,make medical staff feel at ease in treatment,and make the doctor-patient relationship more harmonious.
