摘要
2018年教育部发文首次提出"金课"概念,卫生法学作为当前法学领域中新出现并不断发展的学科,更需要通过"金课"实现医学与法学双重知识和能力的有机融合,提升学生解决卫生法学领域问题的思维和能力。"金课"具有"两性一度",即高阶性、创新性和挑战度。因此,其基于合作视域的金课教学对教师和学生的要求都比较高,在实际教学中难度较大,常常因为方式不当而顾此失彼,导致教学效果并不明显。试图从内部合作、外部合作和内外部合作三个方面,从多个角度、多个层面探讨卫生法学的教学改革实践,以期真正实现卫生法学金课的打造。
In 2018,the Ministry of Education put forward the concept of "golden course" for the first time.As a new and developing discipline in the current field of law,health law needed to realize the organic integration of dual knowledge and ability of medicine and law through "golden course",so as to improve students’ thinking and ability to solve problems in the field of health law.The foundation of the "golden course" model of health law based on the perspective of cooperation was the comprehensive understanding and deep grasp of the law of health law curriculum.Therefore,the requirements of golden lesson teaching based on the perspective of cooperation for teachers and students were relatively high,which was difficult in actual teaching.Due to improper ways,the teaching effect was not obvious.This paper attempted to discuss the teaching reform practice of health law from three aspects:internal cooperation,external cooperation and internal and external cooperation,in order to realize the construction of health law golden course.
