智慧化污水厂新型安全管控模式研究

Research on New Safety Management and Control Mode of Intelligent Wastewater Treatment Plant

针对污水厂重点区域构建安全风险诊断系统,形成一套集人员定位、门禁、视频监控和报警显示相结合的新型安全管控模式,实现各个环节的联动。使用安全风险评价对重点区域中发生的不安全状况进行诊断,明确厂区风险等级、应采取的安全措施等,为污水处理厂提供安全、健康、方便、舒适、快捷、开放的工作环境,提升其智慧化管理水平。研究内容的成功落地将为智慧化污水厂安全管控模式的发展提供参考。

Aiming at the safety risk diagnosis system for the key areas of the wastewater plant,a set of new intelligent safety management and control mode that combines personnel positioning,access control,video monitoring and alarm display is formed to realize the linkage of each link.Using safety risk evaluation to diagnose the unsafe conditions occurring in the key areas,clarify the risk level of the plant,the safety measures to be taken,etc.,to provide a safe,healthy,convenient,comfortable,fast and open working environment for the wastewater treatment plant and improve its intelligent management level.The successful implementation of this research content will become the development direction of intelligent sewage plant safety management and control mode.
