TOF相机在连铸自动化场景的应用

摘要 随着工业制造技术和加工工艺的提高和改进,传统的人工配合双目视觉机械设备连铸浇钢工艺流程已经无法满足现代工业的数字化和智能化生产发展和需求。以三维(3D)成像技术、多维感知系统技术结合机器人或机械设备为代表的智能装备,正成为制造业数字化和智能化发展的主流。钢铁工业场景生产环境复杂,存在很多的危险源,对操作人员的人身安全构成很大的威胁。因此,使用可精准进行三维定位的飞行时间(TOF)相机配合连铸机器人系统在浇钢连铸自动化场景的应用,在提高生产效率的同时,可以不受环境的干扰,能够在一定程度上替代只依赖于人工配合机械设备的连铸浇钢传统工艺流程。 With the improvement of industrial manufacturing technology and processing technology and improvement,the traditional manual with binocular vision machinery and equipment continuous casting steel pouring process has been unable to meet the digital and intelligent production development and demand of modern industry.With three-dimensional(3D)imaging technology,multi-dimensional perception system technology combined with robot or mechanical equipment as the representative of the intelligent equipment,is becoming the mainstream of digital and intelligent development of manufacturing.The steel industry scene production environment is complex and there are many sources of danger,posing a great threat to the personal safety of operators.Therefore,the use of time of flight(TOF)cameras that can accurately perform 3D positioning with continuous casting robot system in the application of automatic scenes of continuous casting of steel pouring,while improving production efficiency,can be free from environmental interference,and can to a certain extent replace the traditional process of continuous casting of steel pouring that relies only on manual cooperation with mechanical equipment.
