为提高产品造型设计的艺术价值,促进设计行业的创新发展,分析了3D打印技术及其优势。其可以节约材料、快速成型、自动化生产,能够推动产品造型设计行业的创新发展。指出了3D打印技术存在的问题:3D打印过程中容易出现局部卷翘及脱离打印机问题,部分产品造型设计精确度较低,零部件会与三维模型产生误差,无法满足打印需求。产品造型设计创新性不足,导致产品设计缺少艺术性,无法展现3D打印技术的应用优势。提出了3D打印技术在产品造型设计中的应用,包括在玩具造型设计、文化娱乐产品造型设计、房屋建筑模型造型设计、家具制品造型设计、家居用品及文具造型设计、手机配件造型设计中的应用。应通过造型设计方案的优化及创新,充分发挥3D打印技术的优势,为工艺产业的经济化、效益化发展提供技术支持。

In order to improve the artificial value of product style design,and improve the innovative development of the design industry,the study analyzes 3D print technology and its advantages.It can achieve the material saving,rapid prototyping and automatic production,and promote the innovative development of product style design.The problems of 3D print technology are pointed out,such as the local curling and separation from printer in 3D print process,low accuracy design of part product style design,error in 3D model production and being incapable in print demand.Insufficient innovation in product modeling causes the lack of artistry in product design,and incapability of the application advantages of 3D print technology.The application of 3D print technology in product style design is proposed,including toy,entertainment product,house construction model,furniture product,household supplies and stationery,and mobile phone spare parts style design application.It is suggested to optimize and innovate style design scheme,and fully play the advantages of 3D print technology,in order to provide the technological support for economic and benefit development in technology industry.
