二氧化碳激光联合干扰素对尖锐湿疣的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Carbon Dioxide Laser Combined with Interferon on Condyloma Acuminatum

分析二氧化碳激光联合干扰素对尖锐湿疣的治疗效果。选取180例尖锐湿疣患者为研究样本,按照治疗方法不同将其平均分为对照组及观察组。对照组使用二氧化碳激光治疗,观察组以此为基准,应用干扰素实施局部封闭治疗,分析其疗效。对照组治疗有效率为77.78%,观察组为95.56%。观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的各项血清学指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对尖锐湿疣患者采用二氧化碳激光联合干扰素治疗能取得满意疗效,并可减少患者血清内炎性因子水平。

The study analyzes the treatment effect of carbon dioxide laser combined with interferon on condyloma acuminatum.180 patients with condyloma acuminatum are selected as the research objects,and they are equally divided into control group and observation group according to treatment methods.Control group receive carbon dioxide laser treatment,and observation group receive interferon on partial closure treatment based on control group.Efficiency is analyzed.Effective rate of control group is 77.78%,and that of observation is 95.56%.Treatment effective rate of observation group is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,all serological indicators of observation group is significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Carbon dioxide laser combined with interferon treatment on patients with condyloma acuminatum has satisfactory effect,and reduce serum inflammatory factor level of patients.
