下肢骨关节康复训练对老年股骨头置换术后髋关节功能及步行能力的影响

Effect of Function of Lower Limb Rehabilitation Training on Hip Joint and Walking Ability After Femoral Head Replacement of Elderly Patients

分析老年股骨颈骨折患者行股骨头置换术后实施下肢骨关节康复训练的康复效果。选取在我院接受股骨头置换术的60例老年股骨颈骨折患者为研究样本,按照患者接受治疗时间平均分为对照组和研究组。对照组采取常规的术后康复训练,研究组采用下肢骨关节康复训练,对比分析两组术后1个月的康复效果。结果表明,研究组的髋关节功能显著优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的步长、速度和频率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。对老年股骨颈骨折患者行股骨头置换术后接受下肢骨关节康复训练可显著改善髋关节功能和步行情况。

The study analyzes the rehabilitation effect of lower limb rehabilitation training on hip joint and walking ability after femoral head replacement of elderly patients.60 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after femoral head replacement in the hospital are selected,and they are equally divided into control group and research group.Control group receive routine postoperative rehabilitation training,and research group receive lower limb rehabilitation training.Rehabilitation effect of two groups 1 month after operation is compared.The results show that the hip joint function of research group is better than control group(P<0.05).Step-length,speed and frequency of research group are better than control group(P<0.05).Lower limb rehabilitation training on hip joint and walking ability after femoral head replacement of elderly patients can significantly improve hip joint function and walking situation.
