分级检验方法在血脂生化检验中的检验效果研究

Study on the Effect of Grading Test Method in Biochemical Test of Blood Lipid

分析分级检验方法在血脂生化检验中的检验效果。选取115例血液样本,根据检验方法分为研究组和对照组,对比分析血液样本的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)等,统计载脂蛋白(ApoA)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)等检验差异。研究组的HDL-C、TG、TC分别为(0.6±0.2)mmol/L、(2.1±0.3)mmol/L、(3.1±0.5)mmol/L,对照组分别为(0.7±0.1)mmol/L、(2.2±0.4)mmol/L、(3.0±0.5)mmol/L,组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。而ApoA、LDL-C、ApoB等分别为(22.8±5.9)mmol/L、(4.4±1.4)mmol/L、(210.6±28.1)mmol/L,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对患者实施分级检验方法后的血脂生化检验准确性得到提高,节省了许多医疗资源,为临床诊断提供了科学依据。

The study analyzes the examination effect of grading test method in biochemical test of blood lipid.115 blood samples are selected,and they are divided into research group and control group according to the examination methods.High density lipoprotein cholestrerol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)of blood samples are analyzed.Apolipoprotein(ApoA),low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C)and apolipoprotein B(ApoB)are statistically analyzed.HDL-C,TG and TC of research group are(0.6±0.2)mmol/L,(2.1±0.3)mmol/L and(3.1±0.5)mmol/L.And those are(0.7±0.1)mmol/L,(2.2±0.4)mmol/L and(3.0±0.5)mmol/L in research group.There is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).ApoA,LDL-C and ApoB are(22.8±5.9)mmol/L,(4.4±1.4)mmol/L and(210.6±28.1)mmol/L.There is statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Accuracy of biobhemical test of blood lipid after grading test method improves.So it saves lots of medical resources,and provides scientific references for clinical diagnosis.
