摘要
针对当前矿山充填材料消耗大、充填成本高的问题,利用磷化工产生的磷石膏及尾矿渣制备矿山充填材料可解决其堆存问题。介绍了以半水磷石膏、尾矿及改性剂为原料制备矿山充填材料的试验,使用MATLAB建立可视化3D模型。试验结果表明:在适当的条件下,用磷化工固体废弃物制备的矿山充填材料可满足矿山充填采矿3d强度的要求,且料浆流动性好,便于输送,同时毒性浸出试验结果满足固体废弃物I类标准要求。
Given current challenges in mine backfilling,such as high material consumption,high backfilling cost,mine backfilling materials can be made from phosphogypsum from phosphate production and mine tailings,which also addresses their stacking issue.the experiment is presented to make mine backfilling materials from hemihydrate phosphogypsum,tailings and modifying additive.A 3D model is established using MATLAB.The experimental study shows that,under the appropriate conditions,the mine backfilling materials made from phosphate solid wastes can satisfy the 3d strength requirements for mine backfilling,the slurry fluidity is good for transportation,and the toxicity leaching results meet the requirements for Class 1 solid wastes.
