磺枪夹套保温蒸汽漏入系统的原因分析及应对措施

摘要 针对某公司400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置磺枪保温蒸汽漏入系统的情况,分析了其原因和后果,提出了应对该状况的具体措施。后期生产实践证明,保温蒸汽漏入系统后及时采用对应措施,对转化率和催化剂的粉化几乎没有影响,也避免了设备和管道腐蚀。 In view of the situation that the sulphur gun insulation steam leaked into the system of a 400 kt/a sulfuric acid plant in a company,the causes and consequences were analyzed,and specific measures to deal with the situation were proposed.The subsequent production has proved that if corresponding measures are taken in time after the thermal insulation steam leaks into the system,it will have little effect on the conversion rate and the pulverization of the catalyst,and it also prevents the corrosion of equipment and pipes.
