摘要
焚硫转化工段是硫磺制酸装置的关键工段之一。以某300 kt/a硫磺制酸装置为例,介绍了焚硫转化工段的设备布置方案,通过对高温气体管道的热应力分析,提出采用万向铰链型及无约束轴向型等膨胀节来解决管道的热膨胀问题,并阐述了膨胀节的优化设计方案。
The sulfur burning and conversion section is one of the key sections of the sulfuric acid plant.Taking a 300 kt/a sulfuric acid plant as an example,the equipment layout plan of the sulfur burning and conversion section is introduced.Through the thermal stress analysis of the high-temperature gas pipes,it is proposed to use expansion joints,such as universal hinge type and unconstrained axial type,to address the thermal expansion issue of the pipes,and the optimization design scheme of the expansion joint is outlined.
