摘要
本研究选取上海市8家印刷企业,分别对有组织废气排放口和车间环境空气中挥发性有机物(VOCs)进行监测,研究了印刷行业的VOCs排放特征。结果表明:上海市印刷行业VOCs排放主要集中在印刷和烘干以及清洗工艺段,不同的油墨类型对企业VOCs浓度影响较大;OVOCs和烷烃是印刷行业VOCs特征组分;异丙醇、丙酮和甲醛为印刷行业特征污染物;印刷行业在不同地区的排放特征不同。
Eight printing enterprises in Shanghai were selected to monitor the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the organized waste gas emission outlet and the workshop ambient air,and studied the VOCs emission characteristics of the printing industry.The results show that the VOCs emission in Shanghai printing industry are mainly concentrated in printing,drying and cleaning process,and different ink types have great influence on enterprise VOCs concentration.OVOCs and alkanes are VOCs characteristic components of printing industry.Isopropanol,acetone and formaldehyde are characteristic pollutants.The emission characteristics of printing industry are different in different regions.
