Analysis on the Innovation Mode of Chemical Industry Safety Management based on the Dual Prevention Mechanism

随着中国社会经济的发展,近年来化工企业的建设也呈正向增长趋势,与此同时,化工企业的安全管理工作成为国家重点关注的对象。为保证化工企业的稳定发展,提高其生产效率和质量,国家要积极落实双重预防机制。文章主要阐述了双重预防机制的意义,以及基于双重预防机制下化工安全管理的现状,并对化工管理存在的安全隐患进行探讨,同时对其创新模式进行分析。

With the development of China’s social economy,the construction of chemical enterprises is also growing positively in recent years.At the same time,the safety management of chemical enterprises has become the object of national attention.In order to ensure the stable development of chemical enterprises and improve their production efficiency and quality,the double prevention mechanism should be actively implemented.This paper mainly expounds the significance of double prevention mechanism and the current situation of chemical safety management based on double prevention mechanism,discusses the potential safety risks of chemical management,and at the same time analyzes its innovative model.
