化工企业生产系统中的风险监控和安全管理探索

Exploration of Risk Monitoring and Safety Management in the Production System of Chemical Enterprises

随着社会经济的不断发展,很多产业开始进入转型的关键时期,对于化工企业而言,在其生产和经营等方面也开始有了新的变化和调整,逐步迈向信息化和自动化的发展方向。目前,为进一步提升化工产业的整体生产效率和质量,化工企业有必要积极引进先进的生产技术,并在风险监控以及安全管理等方面制定相应的制度和策略,进一步规避生产过程中存在的安全隐患,并做好排查以及治理的闭环工作,进而有效地平衡化工生产的社会经济效益、安全效益与生态环境效益。基于此,文章以某一化工企业的生产系统管理为例,探究化工企业的主要生产特点与危险表现,并对化工企业风险监控分析方法进行了分析,最后重点从风险数据的收集、风险的识别和管理、风险数据的分析、安全工作的动态监控四个方面探究化工企业生产系统中的风险监控和安全管理的应用。

With the continuous development of social economy,many industries are beginning to enter a critical period of transformation.For chemical enterprises,there are new changes and adjustments in their production and operation,and they are gradually moving towards the development direction of informatization and automation.At present,in order to further improve the overall production efficiency and quality of the chemical industry,it is necessary for chemical enterprises to actively introduce advanced production technologies,and make corresponding systems and strategies in risk monitoring and safety management,so as to further avoid potential safety hazards in the production process,and do a good job of closed-loop investigation and treatment,and then effectively balance the social and economic benefits,safety benefits and ecological environment benefits of chemical production.Based on this,taking the production system management of a chemical enterprise as an example,this paper explores the main production characteristics and dangerous performance of chemical enterprises,and analyzes the risk monitoring and analysis methods of chemical enterprises.Finally,it focuses on the application of risk monitoring and safety management in the production system of chemical enterprises from four aspects:risk data collection,risk identification and management,risk data analysis and dynamic monitoring of safety work.
