Extruder is the core equipment of production technology of polypropylene,it has great influence on the stable production of PP plant.This paper summarizes the installation and debugging experience of polypropylene extruder CMP387 of Zhejiang Petrochemical Company,and analyzes and explainsthe key points of installation and commissioning,such as phase adjustment of extruder gear pump,cutter installation and wind pressure curve drawing.
