摘要 炼化企业重质油中间原料罐区系统中,重质油品储罐加热多采用蒸汽加热,罐区内管线多采用蒸汽伴热,由于疏水器选型、安装等问题,造成伴热管线及凝结水回收系统水击现象严重,严重影响企业安全生产。文章详细分析了蒸汽伴热与凝结水回收系统水击现象的原因,并提出了相应的解决办法。 In the heavy oil intermediate raw material tank farm system of refining and chemical enterprises,steam heating is mostly used for the heating of heavy oil tanks,and steam tracing is mostly used for the pipelines in the tank farm.Due to the problems of steam trap selection and installation,the water hammer phenomenon of heat tracing pipeline and condensate recovery system is serious,which seriously affects the safety production of enterprises.The causes of water hammer in steam tracing and condensate recovery system are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
