摘要
为有效降低海上油田生产设施潜水作业的安全风险,避免发生由于安全管控措施不到位所产生的潜水安全事故,文章结合海上油田生产设施潜水作业的特点,对当前潜水作业风险管控现状及应急管理进行浅析并提出可行性措施分析及安全管理建议,以期不断提高海上油田生产设施潜水作业的安全系数,形成相关长效安全管理机制。
In order to effectively reduce the safety risk of diving operations in offshore oilfield production facilities and avoid diving accidents caused by inadequate safety control measures,this paper analyzes the status of diving risk control and emergency management and proposes the feasibility analysis and safety management suggestions in order to continuously improve the safety factor of diving operations in offshore oilfield production facilities.
