CJ-46型自升式钻井平台18-3/4″防喷器组替代方案的可行性分析

摘要 海上钻井平台的钻完井等作业由于地层中的不确定因素很多且十分复杂,钻完井等作业中的多个环节都有发生井喷的可能性,这对井控技术和井控装备都提出了更高的要求。因此防喷器组作为海上钻井平台最重要的井控设备,它的设计、使用、维护及检验都备受关注。CJ-46型自升式钻井平台为国内新一代高端自升式钻井平台,平台出厂原始配备防喷器组为美国NOV厂家18-3/4″×100 MPa。该尺寸和压力级别的防喷器组对于CJ-46型钻井平台在渤海湾钻完井作业中使用、维护及检验等方面所体现出的优势和局限性都客观存在,现就NOV厂家18-3/4″防喷器组在作业中应用的局限性解决方案进行分析。尤其是在NOV防喷器组在涉及配件更换及年度检验时,由于18-3/4″防喷器组的体积庞大、重量较重、配件价格不菲且订购受限而带来的诸多困难,文章针对CJ-46船型采用国产13-5/8″防喷器组来替代NOV厂家18-3/4″防喷器组的替换方案进行可行性分析和研究。 Due to many uncertain and complex factors in the drilling,blowout may occur in many links of offshore drilling platforms,which puts forward higher requirements for well control technology and well control equipment.Therefore,as the most important well control equipment of the offshore drilling platform,its design,use,maintenance and inspection have attracted much attention.CJ-46 jack-up drilling platform is a new generation of domestic high-end jack-up drilling platform,the platform factory original equipped with blowout preventer unit is American NOV manufacturer 18-3/4"×100 MPa.The advantages and limitations of the blowout preventer group with this size and pressure level for the use,maintenance and inspection of CJ-46 drilling platform in Bohai Bay are objectively existing.Now,the limitation solutions of NOV manufacturer 18-3/4"blowout preventer stacks are analyzed.Especially when the NOV BOP group involves parts replacement and annual inspection,due to the large volume,heavy weight and limited ordering of the 18-3/4"BOP preventer stacks,high price and limited ordering,this paper makes a feasibility analysis and research on the replacement scheme of domestic 13-5/8"BOP group to replace the NOV manufacturer’s 18-3/4"BOP group for CJ-46 ship type.
