摘要
通过梳理制造业单项冠军企业相关资料,并对陕西、浙江、福建等地13家单项冠军企业进行实地调研与深度访谈,深入探索制造业单项冠军企业的特点,在此基础上初步提出影响制造业单项冠军企业品牌建设的关键因素包括研发管理能力、质量管理能力、品牌管理能力与外部市场环境。基于相关理论进行深入分析,将确立的4个一级指标分别进一步细分为3个二级指标,从而构建了制造业单项冠军企业品牌建设评价指标体系。
By combing the relevant data of single champion enterprises in manufacturing industry,and conducting field investigation and in-depth interviews with 13 single champion enterprises in Shaanxi,Zhejiang and Fujian,the characteristics of single champion enterprises in manufacturing industry are deeply explored,and the key factors affecting the brand construction of single champion enterprises in manufacturing industry are put forward,including R&D management ability,quality management ability Brand management ability and external market environment.Based on the in-depth analysis of relevant theories,the established four primary indicators are further subdivided into three secondary indicators,so as to construct the brand construction evaluation index system of single champion enterprises in manufacturing industry.
