基于SWOT分析的成都“一市两场”定位探讨

Research on Positioning of Chengdu Double-airport Based on SWOT Analysis

通过对成都地区近10年的航空运输规模以及“一市两场”发展现状分析,提出成都地区两个机场进行功能定位的必要性。运用SWOT模型分别分析成都双流和天府机场发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,并建立SWOT分析矩阵提出对策和建议。最后对两机场的发展策略进行对比分析得出:天府机场定位为成都国际航空枢纽的主枢纽,是服务成渝城市群的核心机场,重点打造国际客货运航空枢纽;双流机场定位为区域航空枢纽,主要运营国内商务航线和地区航线,保障国际公务航空业务和国际备降航班。

Based on the analysis of the air transportation scale and the development status of“one city,two airports”in Chengdu in recent ten years,the necessity of functional positioning of the“one city,two airports”in Chengdu is put forward.Using SWOT model,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of Chengdu Shuangliu and Tianfu airports is analyzed,SWOT analysis matrix is established,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Finally,through the comparative analysis of the development strategies of the two airports,it is concluded that Tianfu airport is positioned as the main hub of Chengdu international aviation hub and the core airport serving Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration,focusing on building an international passenger and cargo aviation hub.Shuangliu Airport is positioned as a regional aviation hub,mainly operating domestic business routes and regional routes to ensure international business aviation business and international alternate flights.
