摘要
亲子服务作为旅游度假酒店一项特色服务,是度假型酒店经营和可持续发展新的增长点。以三亚海棠湾仁恒皇冠假日度假酒店为例,研究携程网用户对其亲子服务质量的感知。定性与定量分析结果表明,该酒店提供了贴心的管家服务、亲子服务质量突出、早餐非常丰富等成功的服务与经营经验,并提出优化度假酒店亲子服务质量的建议。
As a characteristic service of hotels&resorts in tourism industry,Parent-child service is a new growth point of hotels&resorts’operation and sustainable development.Taking Crowne Plaza Sanya Haitang Bay Resort as a case to study Ctrip users'perception of their parent-child service quality.Qualitative and quantitative analysis the results show that the Resort’s successful service and operation experience are such as providing intimate butler service,outstanding parent-child service quality,rich breakfast and etc.In addition,suggestions for improving parent-child service quality in hotels&resorts are putting forward.
