摘要
非遗与职业教育之间在功能定位、文化观念、美育层面、结构层级上存在耦合关系,并且职业教育可以有效延续非遗发展,非遗也可以塑形和创新职业教育。职业教育在非遗传承中承担着非遗文化创新的宣传地、非遗传人输送的主渠道、非遗技艺持续的助推器等角色。在实践过程中,职业教育需要多元赋能,构建“非遗—职教”结构链;协同育人,打通“技艺—人才”培养路;双向互融,连接“文化—专业”能量场。在职业院校开展非遗传承,需要深度挖掘优秀非遗文化,构建职业院校非遗课程体系;引入非遗精湛技艺传承人,打造非遗传承教学共同体;重视学生正式群体作用,开创非遗特色活动;注重产学研联动,实现非遗复合传承。
There is a coupling relationship between intangible cultural heritage and vocational education in terms of functional positioning,cultural concept,aesthetic education level,and structural level.Vocational education can effectively preserve intangible cultural heritage,and the latter can also shape and innovate the former.In inheriting intangible cultural heritage,vocational education functions as publicity ground,talent base and continuous booster.In practice,vocational education requires multiple empowerment,a structure chain of"intangible cultural heritage—vocational education";cooperative education,a"skills—talents"training path;two—way mutual integration,a"culture—major"scenario.While carrying out intangible cultural heritage inheritance in vocational colleges,it is necessary to deeply excavate the cultural connotation of excellent heritage and build an intangible cultural heritage curriculum system in vocational colleges;introduce professional skills to create a teaching community;Colleges should pay attention to the role of students as a formal group and create intangible heritage featured activities;focus on the linkage of production,education and research to realize the complex inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
