The Dilemma and Path of the Connotative Development of Colleges and Departments under the Background of"Double High-levels Plan"--A Case Study of K Department of G Vocational and Technical College

中国经济发展进入新的历史阶段,产业结构转型升级对复合型技能人才的需求推动国家职业教育改革。职业院校需要从院系视角基于宏观政策背景把握“双高”建设内涵,分析研究自身发展面临的主要问题及发展瓶颈,从而结合地方经济发展规律和区域经济、社会环境等条件转变理念,探索院系发展的方向定位和具体路径选择。

China's economic development has entered a new historical stage,the demand of industrial structure transformation and upgrading for compound skilled talents promotes the reform of national vocational education.Combining the law of local economic development,the changing conditions such as regional economy,social environment and so on,vocational colleges need to grasp the connotation of"Double High-levels Plan"from the perspective of the macro-policy background,and analyze the main problems and bottlenecks of development,explore the direction and specifi c path selection of the department's development.
