摘要
为掌握网约车的道德风险情况,面向N市中心城区开展问卷与访谈调查,结合实际案例分析发现,网约车三方利益主体即网约车平台、司机、用户均存在道德风险,道德风险的具体表现形式有:平台推诿逃避、司机职业道德素质缺乏、用户基本乘车素养缺乏等。根据网约车道德问题认知情况、发展意向、用户行为与信任度分析,为防范网约车道德风险,需着力提高平台服务质量、切实加强司机管控力度,加之提高用户自身乘车素养,方能实现网约车的长远健康发展。
To understand the moral risk of online dating cars, a questionnaire and an interview survey are carried out in the downtown area of N city. Combining with the actual case analysis, it is found that the three interest subjects of online dating car, i.e., the platform, the driver and the user all have moral risks that include: platform shirking and evasion, lack of professional ethical quality of drivers and lack of basic riding literacy of users. Based on the analysis of the perception of moral problems, development intention, user behavior and trust and for the sake of preventing the moral risks of online dating cars, we need to improve the service quality of the platform, effectively strengthen the control over the drivers and improve the users’ riding literacy so as to achieve the long-term healthy development of online dating cars.
