摘要
伴随着互联网信息技术的进一步发展,互联网大数据时代已经悄然来临。大数据时代之下高等院校人事管理方面的问题也逐渐显现,高等院校之中人数众多,这不仅仅给高等院校的人事管理工作带来了不小的挑战,更是给高等院校的人事管理工作提供了其他方面的新思路。虽然互联网信息技术并非在近年诞生,但是互联网信息技术的影响却与日俱增,面对此种情况,笔者将在文章的以下内容中,重点分析互联网信息技术对于高等院校人事管理工作的诸多影响。
With the further development of Internet information technology, the era of Internet big data has quietly arrived. In the era of big data, the problems of personnel management in colleges and universities have gradually emerged. There are a large number of people in colleges and universities. This not only brings great challenges to the personnel management work of colleges and universities, but also brings them to colleges and universities.
