Exploration on the Methods of Enhancing the Core Competitiveness of College Students’ Employment

实践即教育,教育来源于实践并在实践中检验教育成果,现阶段我们的教育模式、方式、方法在根据现实情况改革和创新,而目前大学生就业已然成为民生重点,作为"三全育人"的一个维度,"实践育人"的重要性不言而喻。如何将实践与就业相结合,达成育人目标,切实促进大学生就业核心竞争力的提升,是本文研究的重点。

Practice is education, and education comes from practice and tests educational results in practice. At the present stage, our education modes and methods are being reformed and innovated according to the actual situation. At present, the employment of college students has become the focus of people’s livelihood. The importance of practical education is self-evident. How to combine practice and employment to achieve the goal of education and effectively promote the core competitiveness of college students’ employment is the focus of this paper.
