我国文化本身便具备多元化属性,随着改革开放持续推进,西方思想与文化逐渐传入我国,使我国文化发展体现出多元化发展态势。多元文化发展拓宽了学生视野,也扩大了其选择范围,但也导致多元文化之间发生冲突。本文基于文化多元化发展现状,分析了多元文化背景下高校思想政治教育面临的困境,提出了多元文化背景下高校思想政治教育时效性提升对策。

Our country’s culture itself possesses diversified attributes. With the continuous advancement of reform and opening up, Western thoughts and culture have gradually been introduced into our country, making the development of our country’s culture reflect a diversified development trend. Based on the development status of cultural diversification, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by colleges and universities ideological and political education under the background of multiculturalism, and proposes countermeasures to improve the timeliness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of multiculturalism.
