坚定文化自信是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必然要求。在这一战略背景之下,我们中华民族传统的体育文化也有其独有的特征,且我们民族传统的体育文化具备相当多的优点。在我们的传统体育文化适应于当今的文化自信视域的同时,传统形式体育有国家的促进以及大众的需要还有传统体育它自己所蕴含的特殊的内在。并且在文化自信视域下我们的传统体育文化的发展和传承会给大众的身体素质带来提高。但是不可忽视的是我们这一民族的传统文化在其发展和传承的过程中,也同样会遇到相当多的阻碍因素,对于这些阻碍传统的体育文化发展的因素,我们结合当前的背景提出了一些改进的措施,通过把握好政府的积极举措和对民族传统文化的正面的宣告和推进,我们可以向前一步加深传统体育文化走向全世界,用社会主义先进文化反哺社会主义核心价值观,引领体育文化自信的方向。

And in the perspective of cultural self-confidence, the development and inheritance of our traditional sports culture will improve the physical quality of the public. However, what can not be ignored is that our traditional culture in the process of its development and inheritance will also encounter quite a number of obstacles. For these factors that hinder the development of traditional sports culture, we put forward some improvement measures combined with the current background. By grasping the positive measures of the government and the positive announcement and promotion of national traditional culture, we can further deepen the traditional sports culture to the whole world, feed back the socialist core values with the advanced socialist culture, and lead the direction of self-confidence in sports culture.
