基于就业导向的高职金融管理专业实务类课程教学改革研究

Employment-oriented Teaching Reform Practice of Financial Management Professional Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校教育教学的最终目的,就是培养大学生形成良好的就业能力和就业竞争能力。本文基于就业导向视角,首先基于现实情境中就业的实际需要,对教育教学改革的方向进行确认。其次,则根据预设好的改革方向,代入该专业教学主体与素材,给出利用网络工具讲解教材知识;结合社会案例指导学生实践;重点讲解课程理论的实践性;引导学生完成学校各类实习四条以就业为导向的金融管理专业事务类课程教学改革策略。

Based on the employment-oriented perspective, this article first confirms the direction of education and teaching reform based on the actual needs of employment in real situations. Secondly, according to the preset reform direction, substitute the major teaching subject and materials, and give the use of network tools to explain the teaching material knowledge;combine social cases to guide students’ practice;focus on the practicality of curriculum theory;guide students to complete various school internships four employment-oriented teaching reform strategies of financial management professional affairs courses.
