神经电生理技术在重症昏迷患者评估中的应用进展

The clinical application of neuroelectrophysiological technology in the evaluation of patients with severe coma

各种原因导致重症昏迷患者日益增多,而临床中对于此类患者的预后转归更多的依赖于主观性的量表评定,随着影像学的快速发展,fMRI、PET静态评估的敏感性低也逐渐体现出来,对重症昏迷患者的预后评估存在一定的局限性。虽然目前医疗条件改善及医疗水平不断提升,重症昏迷患者能够快速有效的介入治疗,使生命体征趋于平稳,但患者意识和功能的恢复仍然是临床各科医师和患者家属关注的热点。本文从功能学角度,针对不同致病因素导致昏迷的患者,采用神经电生理的各项指标定期进行综合分析,为判断重症昏迷患者的预后提供客观的依据。

There are more and more severe coma patients due to different reasons,and the prognosis of these patients depends more on subjective scale evaluation in clinic.With the rapid development of imaging,the low sensitivity of fMRI and PET static evaluation is gradually reflected,which has some limitations in evaluating the prognosis of patients with severe coma.Although the improvement of medical conditions and the continuous improvement of medical level have enabled patients with severe coma to be treated quickly and effectively,and their vital signs tend to be stable,the recovery of patients'consciousness and function is still the focus of clinical physicians and patients'families.From the functional point of view,the indexes of neuroelectrophysiology described in this paper are comprehensively analyzed regularly for patients with coma caused by different pathogenic factors,which provides objective basis for judging the prognosis of patients with severe coma.
