基于同步容量的DCT挂挡控制策略研究

Research on DCT Shift Control Strategy based on Synchronous Capacity

文章对DCT同步器挂挡过程进行了分析,将同步器挂挡过程分为预同步、同步以及同步后3个典型阶段,针对同步阶段控制过程,分析了同步阶段工作原理,提出了基于同步容量的同步力矩精确控制方法,并进行了实车测试验证。试验结果表明,该方法相比于常规控制方法在同步时间一致性、NVH性能以及减少同步环磨损等方面都有较大提升。

The shift process of DCT synchronizer is analyzed,and it is divided into three typical stages:presync,sync and syncd.For the sync phase control process,the working principle of sync phase is analyzed.The synchronization torque precise control method is carried out,and the vehicle test validation is also implemented.The test results show that the new method improves a lot in sync time consistency,NVH performance,deducing synchronous wear compared to the conventional control method.
