随着铁路行业噪声污染防治措施的加强,折角式、半封闭式、全封闭式等特殊结构声屏障设计逐渐增多,此类声屏障设计和施工难度大,需重点对施工组织设计内容和深度进行探讨。结合已实施典型工程施工案例,分析施工过程中遇到的问题、解决处理方案,并通过梳理铁路工程施工组织设计规范和铁路营业线施工安全管理要求,提出特殊结构声屏障在可行性研究、初步设计和施工图设计阶段施工组织设计建议,为提高声屏障设计质量、确保工程的可实施性,以及编制封闭式声屏障施工、验收标准等积累经验,也为方案审批部门科学合理确定声屏障工程概算、决策特殊结构声屏障方案提供参考。
