基于层次分析熵权法的GBAS全寿命周期风险评估 被引量:2

摘要 地基增强系统(GBAS)通过向用户端提供差分修正信号,以此来提高卫星导航的定位精度。在GBAS整个寿命周期中存在各种运行风险,但针对GBAS研究集中于完好性算法、电离层风暴和多路径效应以提高精度;为进行GBAS风险研究,识别地基增强系统全寿命周期中生产、管理、地面、机载4个一级因素以及15个二级因素,构建GBAS风险评估指标结构,引入层次分析法建立模糊层次分析模型,利用熵权法对权重数据处理求出特征向量建立模糊关系矩阵,得到全寿命周期中GBAS综合评价值,结果表明系统处于相对安全范围,可为北斗地基增强系统的风险评估提供参考。 Ground based augmentation system(GBAS)improves positioning accuracy of satellite navigation by providing differential correction signals to the client.There are various operational risks in the whole life cycle of GBAS.However,for GBAS,most researchers focus on the integrity algorithm,ionospheric storm and multipath effect to improve the accuracy.For risk research of GBAS,identify Production,management,ground,airborne 4 primary factors and 15 secondary factors in full life cycle of GBAS,build the risk assessment index structure of GBAS,introduce analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish a fuzzy hierarchy analysis model,use the entropy weight method(EWM)to process the weight data and calculating the feature vector to establish fuzzy relationship matrix,and the comprehensive evaluated result in the whole life cycle was acquired,the results show that the system is in a relatively safe range.It provides support for the risk assessment of Beidou ground based augmentation.
