摘要
随着机场场面交通流量快速增长,航空器滑行冲突已给机场运行安全埋下了严重的隐患。针对机场滑行道风险方面的研究,提出一种将风险评价与风险缓解相互关联的综合研究方法。在风险评价方面,建立了机场场面广义随机Petri网模型,能够在描述场面航班滑行情况的同时融合滑行冲突风险概率模型,并在此基础上做出了风险评价,将场面滑行道分至红、黄、绿三个风险区间。在风险缓解方面,提出一种融合Stackelberg博弈思想的蚁群算法,通过合理规划场面航班滑行路径均衡整体滑行道网络的负担、减少拥挤情况的发生,进而达到场面滑行道风险缓解的效果。实验结果表明,在此风险缓解方法下的15个航班总成本减少了9.35%,且场面各滑行道子区域的风险评价等级皆有所降低。
With the rapid development of civil aviation in China and the rapid growth of airport surface traffic flow,aircraft taxiing conflict has caused serious hidden peril to airport operation.In view of the research on taxiway risk,this paper proposes a comprehensive method which combines risk assessment and risk mitigation.In the aspect of risk assessment,firstly,generalized stochastic petri net model is established,which can fully describe the taxiing situation of surface flight and integrate the taxiing conflict risk probability model.Upon this,the risk assessment is made and the sub areas of taxiway are divided into three risk areas:red,yellow and green.In terms of risk mitigation,an ant colony algorithm integrating Stackelberg game is proposed.It can balance the burden of the overall taxiway network and reduce the occurrence of congestion by reasonably planning the taxiway path of surface flights,so as to achieve the effect of risk mitigation of surface taxiway.The experimental results show that the total cost of 15 flights under this risk mitigation method is reduced by 9.35%,and the risk assessment level of each taxiway sub area is reduced.
