摘要
随着加固计算机对可靠性的要求越来越高,如何减少加固计算机故障,提高设备完好性,成为电子设备研发过程中的重点和难点。在现有机械构件强度评估理论的基础上,针对加固计算机典型的载板振动芯片故障、线缆磨损故障,开展板载芯片振动寿命评估的理论研究、电气线路互联可靠性设计的实践探索,总结出了典型故障的设计合格判据和解决方案,为新产品可靠性水平提高提供一定借鉴。
With the increasing reliability requirements of the reinforcement computer,how to reduce the reinforcement computer failure and improve the integrity of the equipment has always been the key point and difficulty in the process of electronic equipment research and development.Using the method of fault physics,based on the existing theory of mechanical component strength evaluation,the theoretical research of the vibration life evaluation of the reinforcement computer,summarizes the design criteria and solution of typical fault,improving the reliability level of new products.
