摘要
应用验证属“确认”的概念范畴,是根据元器件现状提出的工程概念。论述应用验证与“验证”和“确认”概念的联系和区别,介绍了国际上复杂器件在集成电路、汽车、民用飞机等行业实施与应用验证相关的“硅后确认”,“基准测试”,“鲁棒性验证”,“使用域方法”等概念,系统介绍了复杂器件应用验证的通用要求、需求标准等考虑。
Based on component readiness level,local electronic components application validation action is underway.The paper give some similar and different among verification,validation and application validation.In fact,similar definition like"Post Silicon Validation"and"Benchmark"in integrated circuit,"Robust Validation"in automotive,"Usage Domain Method"in commercial aircraft are carry on and promoting application of components.All of this technology can contribute to application validation.Based on this successful experiences,the paper give some suggestions of application validation such as essential need,consideration,standard of requirement etc.
