教育新基建赋能数字化教师培训资源建设 被引量:36

The Construction Mode of Digital Teacher Training Resources Empowered by New Infrastructure for Education

摘要 数字化教师培训资源是人工智能时代教师专业发展的重要支撑,而教育新基建是人工智能时代教育变革的强大牵引力量,为数字化教师培训资源建设带来了创新性变革。基于此,文章首先从信源、信息、信道、信宿的视角,梳理了数字化教师培训资源建设的问题。随后,文章对教育新基建中数字资源建设的新风向进行解读,在此基础上提出数字化教师培训资源建设的变革路径。最后,文章提出教育新基建视域下数字化教师培训资源建设的策略,具体包括资源建设者多主体协同、需求驱动的众包式资源供给、多元化创新技术与范式赋能、价值本位的资源监管等四个策略。文章成果为提升数字化教师培训资源建设专业化程度贡献了理论智慧。 Digital teacher training resources are an important support for teacher professional development in the era of artificial intelligence, while new infrastructure for education is a strong traction force for educational reform in the era of artificial intelligence, which brings innovative changes to the construction of digital teacher training resources.Based on this, the paper firstly combed the problems of the construction of digital teacher training resources from the perspectives of information source, information, channel and residence. Then, the new trend of digital resource construction in the new infrastructure for education was intepreted, and the reform path of the construction of digital teacher training resource were put forward. Finally, the strategies for the construction of digital teacher training resources, which included multi-body collaboration of resource builders, demand-driven crowdsourcing resource supply,diversified innovative technology and mode empowerment, and value-based resource supervision. The results of this paper contributed theoretical wisdom to improve the professional degree of digital teacher training resources construction.
