教师支持策略对大学生在线学习投入的影响研究 被引量:19

摘要 教师支持策略作为学习投入的关键影响因素,对保障疫情期间在线教学的质量具有重要作用。文章通过对464名大学生的问卷调查,采用探索性因子分析、皮尔逊相关分析和逐步回归分析,探究在线教学环境中教师支持策略(给予挑战、创设情境、激发兴趣、鼓励自主、激励认可、反馈评价等六个维度)对在线英语学习投入(含认知投入、行为投入、情感投入、社会投入等四个维度)的影响,结果发现:大学生的在线学习投入整体处于中等偏上水平,但行为投入有待提升;教师支持策略对在线英语学习投入具有积极显著的影响。基于此,文章从在线教学设计、师生反馈素养、技术赋能的创新教学实践等方面对未来在线教学的开展提出建议,以有效发挥教师支架作用,提高在线英语教学成效。 As an important influencing factor for learning engagement, teachers’ support strategies play an important role in ensuring the online learning quality during the epidemic. Through a questionnaire survey of 464 college students,using exploratory factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis, this paper explored the influence of teachers’ support strategies(the six dimensions of challenge, authentic context, curiosity, autonomy,recognition and feedback) on the learners’ online English learning engagement(the four dimensions of cognitive engagement, behavioral engagement, emotional engagement, social engagement). It was found that college students’ online English learning engagement was at an upper-medium level, but behavioral engagement needed to be improved.Besides, teachers’ support strategies exerted significant positive effects on online English learning engagement. Based on this, relevant suggestions for future online teaching were put forward from the aspects of online instructional design,teachers’ and students’ feedback literacy, and technology-enabled innovative teaching practice, in order to effectively play the role of teacher scaffolding and improve the effectiveness of online English teaching.
